E-Court Fee System To Start In Madras HC From Friday

In a step against lowering forms and making the judicial device extra fashionable and rapid, the Madras High Court will start the e-court charge device from Friday (April 20).

The e-court charge device is an “advocate and litigant-centric initiative” of the Tamil Nadu govt’s Central Record Keeping Agency, the top courtroom and the Stock Holding Corporation of India which labored in combination to increase this software.

The provider will get started from April 20 to start with for the Principal Bench of Madras High Court at Madras and the Madurai Bench.
